Our Full First Aid at Work (FAW) course is a comprehensive, 3-day (18-hour) training programme designed to equip individuals with the skills to act as certified first aiders in the workplace. This course is approved by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) and follows the Resuscitation Council (UK) 2010 guidelines, ensuring up-to-date and compliant training.

Assessment and Certification

Throughout the 3-day course, delegates complete ongoing daily assessments, both practical and written. Upon successful completion, attendees receive a certificate valid for 3 years from the date of qualification.

In addition, HSE guidance recommends that first aiders complete an annual skills update to keep practical knowledge fresh and effective.

Course Format and Delivery

Our FAW course is interactive, engaging, and no-nonsense. We focus on real-world, practical scenarios to build confidence. not death-by-PowerPoint. Moreover, we encourage active participation throughout the sessions, and delegate feedback consistently rates the course as both informative and enjoyable.

No prior first aid knowledge is required to take part in this course. It is suitable for beginners and experienced staff alike.

While the FAW course is open to all sectors, it is particularly recommended for higher-risk environments, including: Construction, Manufacturing, Warehouses, Chemical processing sites.
